Jumba has one of the greatest minds on earth for creating his experiments. He cannot compare to anyone, and his creations are beyond extraordinary. Today he wants to create some new forms of tests, but he runs out of ideas. This is why he needs your help. Get into Jumba’s Lab game and help him create the best experiments ever.

How to play the game

To do that, you need just a little bit of imagination and some creative skills! When you enter the lab, you will see that there is a multitude of bodies and other things to choose to create your little monster. You can pick whatever body, head, ears, and tails and so on. When you are sure you want to use a specific part of the body, click on it then go to another one.

After you picked everything and you can see a complete version of your creation, choose a color or a pattern and give it a unique final look. Use the most original colors to give life to your little experiment. If there is something that you do not like about how your creation looks like, you can clear it anytime and do it again. When you want to activate it, just press the red button, and you will have to do just a few more steps to see it in action.

Choose a name for the experiment, and then decide where you want to launch it. On an island, or in a city, and so go on. It is all up to you where you want to see your creation.

If you enjoy playing Jumba's Lab, you might be excited to find out that there are 23 more Lilo and Stitch games you can try! The most popular is 625 Sandwich Stacker , and the most recently added is Alien Interception

Monster Hunter Wilds' *WILD* new gameplay trailer reveals a range of new monsters

Brand new monsters make their grand debut for Monster Hunter Wilds and the return of NPC Support Hunter from Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak

Monster Hunter Wilds gameplay trailer screenshot

What you need to know

  • A new trailer for Monster Hunter Wilds, the next-gen successor to Capcom's best-selling title of all time, Monster Hunter World, has been revealed at Gamescom 2024.
  • This trailer showcases a tiny glimpse of the game's story and characters, a new locale, NPC followers, and two new brand monsters to fight.
  • Monster Hunter Wilds is set to release in 2025 for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam.

The annual Gamescom 2024 convention is underway and brings with it a smorgasbord of announcements and trailers for a variety of games. One such game getting a new trailer during Gamecom's Opening Night Live ceremony is Monster Hunter Wilds , the next mainline entry in Capcom's Monster Hunter franchise.

Monster Hunter Wilds: 3rd Trailer | Lala Barina & Scarlet Forest Reveal - YouTube

• Best Xbox/PC headsets • Best Windows laptops • Best laptops w/ num pads • Best Xbox storage • Best sim racing PCs • Best ROG Ally accessories • Best gaming laptops

The trailer begins by showing us a glimpse of the game's story. In Monster Hunter Wilds, a band of hunters are traversing a treacherous realm known as the Forbidden Lands in search of a hunting expedition that went missing there.

During our heroes' journey in this trailer, they encounter two terrifying monsters that have never been seen before in a Monster Hunter game. The first of these creatures is the Lala Barina, a giant spider monster that resides in the Scarlet Forest and attacks its prey using paralyzing poison and deadly stingers.

The second is a monster that we've only seen brief glimpses of in Monster Hunter Wilds' Summer Game Fest trailer , but now we know what is it - the Rey Dau. This gigantic beast of a Flying Wyvern is the apex predator of the Windward Plains and attacks its prey whenever the region's sandstorms occur by zapping its opponents with lightning bolts shot from its head.

In addition to these beasts being added to Monster Hunter Wilds' list of monsters , this trailer reveals that this game will include NPC Support Hunters. This was a mechanic that debuted in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak that allowed solo players to bring NPC hunters along with them during hunts and now it's coming back for Monster Hunter Wilds.

On top of that, the Turf Wars mechanic introduced in Monster Hunter World will be returning for Monster Hunter Wilds also. Turf Wars are when two certain monsters make eye contact in the same area and initiate a cinematic battle where they deal massive damage to one another. Players can take advantage of this mechanic by luring monsters together so they can beat each other up, and weakening them so the player will be able to finish them off quickly.

I can't wait to hunt these new monsters

Monster Hunter Wilds gameplay trailer screenshot

- Monster Hunter Wilds Lance trailer - Monster Hunter Wilds Hammer trailer - Monster Hunter Wilds Weapons list -  Monster Hunter Wilds Long Sword trailer -  Monster Hunter Wilds Heavy Bowgun trailer

These new monsters coming to Monster Hunter Wilds look absolutely amazing. With Lala Barina, I'm happy to see a new large insect monster being added to the roster as giant monsters in most Monster Hunter games tend to have some most character designs and the weapons you get for killing them look stunning and offer useful status effects that can cripple monsters.

As for the Rey Dau, I am both awe-stricken over how cool it looks and terrified at how brutal its lightning attacks are. I have a feeling that this monstrosity is going to be the first major test of the player's skill and mastery of the Monster Hunter Wilds list of weapons and whether they have it takes to progress through the story.

However new players to the series won't have to worry too much about tackling these beasts as the NPC Support Hunters will be there to help them should they need it. The NPC Support Hunters were very competent and useful in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, so I have no doubt they will just be as helpful in Monster Hunter Wilds.

Either way, I'm extremely looking forward to challenging these monsters whether I'm fighting them solo, with NPCs, or with fellow players in online co-op when Monster Hunter Wilds launches next year for consoles and PC.

Monster Hunter Wilds, the next-gen successor to one of Capcom's  best Xbox games  and  best PC games , Monster Hunter World, is scheduled to launch in 2025 for  Xbox Series X|S , PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam.

Towerborne: Why Early Access and a Focus on Fun Means a Better Game for Everyone

' src=

From the moment you step into the colorful, enchanting world of Towerborne , it’s clear to see that having fun is the name of the game here. The approachability of the brawler-inspired combat system, the light-hearted dialogue between characters situated in the Belfry – Towerborne invites you to pick up a controller and revel in the world, regardless of how much time or experience you have., regardless of how much time or experience you have.

The better news is that there’s not too long to wait. Towerborne starts in Steam Early Access on September 10. For the furrowed-browed among you, don’t fret; Towerborne will have a phased release starting with Steam Early Access, Xbox Game Preview following, and a full free-to-play launch planned for 2025. Towerborne will also include cross-progression, so your progress will carry over to whichever platform you prefer to play on. Stoic is eager to have players help shape the future of  Towerborne  by becoming Founders through purchase of either the Silver or Gold  Towerborne Founder’s Pack , offering early access to the game and exclusive perks like cosmetics, emotes, and monthly bonuses.

Stoic, known primarily as the maker of Banner Saga , is also more than ready for a change – Towerborne is a seismic and very welcome pivot from its flagship series, which Game Director Daniel McLaren jovially refers to as a “depression simulator.”

“There was some emotional exhaustion at the end of the last Banner Saga game,” McLaren says. “When you write and build something like that for so many years, there’s a huge weight on your shoulders. There was a very real moment where the team sat down and said: ‘I don’t think we can do another one’.”

“Wouldn’t it be great if we made a game that was completely the opposite of [Banner Saga], something fun that we can play on the couch with our friends and family?”

The vibrant, whimsical setting paired with simple but satisfying side-scrolling action makes Towerborne approachable for everyone. Towerborne is intentionally designed to be both accessible and rewarding at any skill level – while simultaneously delivering demanding challenges for those aiming to conquer the game’s toughest content. It doesn’t matter which way you play either – everybody receives the same rewards for taking part.

Choosing Early Access

Banner Saga began as a Kickstarter, and that constant communication with early backers was paramount to the direction that Stoic took with the game’s development.

“Stoic’s history has always been about interacting with our players, and Kickstarter is the promise of something,” McLaren says. “For Stoic, that worked out very well, and now we’re able to say hey, you don’t have to wait for us this time, we can give you a game right now.”

With Early Access, the studio can continue that tradition of building a game with consistent input from players invested in Towerborne ‘s journey from the start. As a result, Xbox, PC, and Xbox Game Pass players will immediately feel the benefit of the refinement Towerborne will undergo during the Early Access period and beyond. When Towerborne enters Xbox Game Preview, it will open the floodgates to even more players across these platforms, allowing their feedback to further shape the game’s development.

“It starts with our Founders – players who’ve self-selected to get a first pass at helping us shape the full game,” says Trisha Stouffer, CEO and President  of Stoic. “After Steam Early Access, with Xbox Game Preview next and eventually Free-to-Play with the full launch, the gates are thrown so wide for anyone to come in, which makes it harder to discern what is noise versus actionable feedback. So, our goal with Early Access is to position ourselves so the game is stable and feels great to play before we open up to a wider audience.”

Xbox is also wholeheartedly supportive of Stoic’s historic approach to Early Access and working with players directly from the start.

“We all have the same goal – to create a game that people love for a long time,” says Kristofor Mellroth, Executive Producer at Xbox Games Studios Publishing. “From the start, we knew our approach with Towerborne was going to be a little different. By being very targeted at the start and building up to bigger audiences, this allows the team to continue iterating and honing the most complex systems to make them the most fun they can be.”

Free To Play

While Towerborne ’s Early Access and Xbox Game Preview periods will grant the team precious time and feedback to build the best release possible, making the full-game free for anyone felt important to Towerborne ’s overarching goal of complete approachability.

“The Founder’s pack lets us do two main things: one is that we can slowly see where problems are and get attention onto those areas quickly,” McLaren explains. “The second thing, it invites a group of people that are really invested in the game, that believe in Stoic. They want to be a part of shaping the future of Towerborne .”

The Free-To-Play approach shone brightly through Banner Saga: Factions , a free-to-play spinoff of the main series released in 2013. The idea was to allow players to come in for free and experience  the combat elements of  Banner Saga ahead of its launch, and Stoic was thrilled with how the process allowed as many people as possible to come in and help shape the game.

“They were helping us building our combat and just making the game better in general, everyday we’d get feedback and do updates, I must have spent three hours a day just talking to the community,” say Arnie Jorgensen, Stoic co-founder. “We really missed that aspect after going back to working on a single player game, so we’re excited to bring it back.”

A Second Game

It’s fair to say that the currency a lot of modern games demand is your time above all else. While Towerborne ’s enticing gameplay loop and limitless progression certainly allows you to spend as much time as you want in its world, Stoic, in a refreshing fashion, is pushing back on design elements that keep a player rooted to just one game. Towerborne can be your main game, but it can also be your second game that you can just jump into whenever the mood strikes, with minimal friction.

“You don’t have to invest hundreds of hours every month to keep up with everybody else,” Jorgensen says. “Play as much as you want to, go away and play other games, and then come back. It’s important to acknowledge that everyone plays games differently. You can play for five or ten minutes and still feel like you accomplished something great, or you can play for five hours.”

Stouffer adds: “It really is the manifestation of ‘just one more mission.”

A Living, Breathing Belfry

Towerborne is a living game – which means the team will continue to develop the story, add new content and build out its world for as long as they can. As you progress, the world will evolve with your character, and this approach lends itself seamlessly to crafting an expansive, immersive backdrop to the fun you’re having as a player.

“We have a freedom with an ongoing game that feels unattainable inside a single player experience,” McLaren says. “There’s this incredible worldbuilding going on, and if we want to add in new stories, new weapons or classes, we’re able to just focus solely on doing that and getting it into the game quickly.”

Getting that second perspective is also crucial when it comes to seeing what your game can do. Oftentimes, a new set of eyes can be a great asset in scoping for bugs, sparking new ideas, and making an entire team say: “why didn’t we think of that?”

“Players love to push the boundaries, and that’s part of the fun of it all,” Stouffer says. “You have an idea of what players are going to do, but you don’t truly know what will happen until you put it in people’s hands. Even the players who come in with the best intentions, they will do things where we say ‘oh, we didn’t know that could happen’. All bets are off.”

It’s not just technical feedback that Stoic wants to gather from early players either. Stoic has recognized its community’s eye for great storytelling and ideas, and considers players almost as co-developers in its journey to build Towerborne .

“We have ideas of where the story is going, but we’re totally willing to pivot if another idea comes from the community,” Jorgensen says. “We had that happen a lot with Banner Saga, where we’d see a great idea but it’s too late to add it into a single player game.”

“This is our opportunity to really build a game with the players again. We think our ideas are great and hope that players agree, but they are going to have awesome ideas too, and to me, that’s the coolest part about making Towerborne a living game.”

It’s Still Stoic

Stoic is cognizant of the fact that Towerborne is a big change from Banner Saga, and the studio is by no means finished with that series. However, the team made a very deliberate decision to create an exciting multiplayer experience that invites everyone to sit down and have a great time.

“Anyone that has been following Stoic for a long time knows we’re making the games that we want to make – that doesn’t mean we’re going to make the same game all the time,” Jorgensen says.

The commitment to fun is notably present throughout our conversation – the team itself is clearly enjoying building Towerborne and that enthusiasm will no doubt shine through the game.

“We know some people will need time to process the change, and that’s totally okay,” McLaren adds. “We’re still the same studio, we’re just applying that passion and focus in a different way, and recharging our creative juices.”

Towerborne begins Steam Early Access on September 10. To keep up to date with the game’s journey, check out the Towerborne website and join the official Discord community for more information about Early Access Founder’s Packs.

Adaptive Brain Stimulation a 'Game Changer' for Parkinson's?

Megan Brooks

August 20, 2024

Personalized, adaptive deep brain stimulation (DBS) can enhance the control of motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease (PD) compared with standard DBS, new research suggests.

In a blinded randomized crossover pilot trial involving four patients, adaptive DBS reduced the time spent with motor symptoms by half and improved patients' quality of life compared with standard DBS.

"This is the future of deep brain stimulation for Parkinson's disease," study investigator Philip Starr, MD, PhD, professor of neurological surgery and co-director of the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) Movement Disorders and Neuromodulation Center, said in a statement.

"Adaptive DBS represents a major breakthrough in managing the symptom fluctuations in Parkinson's disease by tailoring stimulation in real time to patients' specific needs," Carina Oehrn, MD, PhD, research fellow in the Starr Lab at UCSF, told Medscape Medical News .

The study was published online on August 19 in Nature Medicine .

A New Era of DBS?

DBS is a standard therapy for advanced PD. Standard DBS provides continuous, fixed stimulation that is unresponsive to patient activities or variations in severity of symptoms during daily life.

"While this approach effectively reduces motor symptoms for many patients, it does not account for the dynamic nature of PD symptoms, which can fluctuate throughout the day — for example, in response to medication. As a result, patients can experience breakthrough PD symptoms at times when they theoretically require more stimulation and stimulation-induced side effects when they would need less," Oehrn told Medscape Medical News .

photo of Adaptive Paradigm

Adaptive DBS adjusts the intensity of stimulation based on the patient's need — increasing stimulation when PD symptoms break through and decreasing stimulation at other times to prevent potential side effects caused by stimulation, she explained.

For their pilot trial, the UCSF team recruited four men with PD from a population undergoing DBS implantation for motor fluctuations, with each patient receiving adaptive DBS and continuous DBS.

Using a data-driven approach, they identified brain activity signals in the subthalamic nucleus and motor cortex that were reliable biomarkers of medication fluctuations and associated PD motor symptoms and used it to personalize the DBS parameters.

They found that adaptive DBS reduced the duration of motor symptoms by 50% compared with clinically optimized standard DBS. Objective measurements obtained by wearable devices confirmed the superiority of adaptive vs standard DBS. Three of the four patients also reported improved quality of life with adaptive DBS.

Ready for Prime Time?

Adaptive DBS shows "great promise" but widespread implementation will likely take a few more years, Oehrn told Medscape Medical News .

She noted that a highly specialized and interdisciplinary team was required to create a reliable, individualized algorithm for each patient. "The next step is to automate this process. This automation is crucial for making adaptive DBS more accessible and scalable for widespread clinical use," Oehrn said.

A broader adoption of adaptive DBS will also require further clinical trials with a larger cohort to confirm the findings. Additionally, clinician training will be essential, as adaptive DBS involves complex, specialized decision-making, Oehrn cautioned.

"Once these challenges are addressed, adaptive DBS could become a very promising alternative to standard DBS for PD patients with motor fluctuations," Oehrn said.

"In the meantime, one could envision establishing adaptive DBS clinics within highly specialized core research centers, featuring interdisciplinary collaborations with teams experienced in this method," Oehrn added.

'Remarkable' Results

Reached for comment, Megan Frankowski, PhD, program director, Division of Translational Research, National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), called these early results "exciting" and said adaptive DBS could be a "game changer" for patients with PD.

With standard DBS for PD, many patients have "lingering symptoms, and finding the right stimulation parameters can be arduous. Having an adaptive DBS system that could be modified based on how a patient is doing could really change the field," Frankowski explained.

"The benefit of adaptive DBS is that it changes based on what symptoms are present. It self-modulates stimulation, so you only get it when you need it," she noted.

With publication of the Nature Medicine paper, "it's really the first time we've actually seen an adaptive DBS algorithm for Parkinson's kind of in the wild working at home, and the results are remarkable."

"Given the small sample size, the next step would be to refine the algorithms and the system and do a larger study with more patients to see how it plays out," Frankowski said.

Support for this research was provided by NINDS grants, the Thieman Foundation, and TUYF Charitable Trust Fund. Starr received support from Medtronic and Boston Scientific for fellowship education. Oehrn reported no relevant disclosures. Frankowski manages the NINDS grants that funded the study.

Miami Heat's Jimmy Butler is opting to play in a charity basketball game hosted by retired NBA star Yao Ming rather than former teammate Goran Dragic's event.

The event is in Hong Kong on Tuesday night.

Los Angeles Clippers duo Paul George and James Harden, along with Washington Wizards' Kyle Kuzma, are set to play.

“Hopefully the weather tomorrow is a little better, breaking some California sunshine,” George shared with scmp.com . “But I am excited to be here, it’ll be a blast. Just like what Jimmy [Butler] said before, we’re getting to showcase what we do and play alongside some good talent … [Everything here is new to me] so I’ll be taking everything in just one day at a time.”

The theme of the 12th Yao Foundation Charity Game is Grow with Sports, Embrace Hong Kong with Love. On top of the charity game, there is a basketball carnival. The carnival will take place Tuesday morning at AsiaWorld-Expo, featuring friendly games, showcasing trick shots, and other activities.

The NBA stars will interact with the public and fans, according to the Yao Foundation website . The players will participate in community and sports-themed events, as the events are aimed to promote sports philanthropy while embodying the spirit of Grow with Sports.

It's understandable why Butler is participating in the event, as the Yao Foundation is an established movement with more than 15 years of basketball charity events.

Port Adelaide star Dan Houston handed five-match ban at AFL Tribunal for brutal hit on Izak Rankine

By Chris De Silva

Port Adelaide star Dan Houston has been handed a five-match suspension at the AFL Tribunal for his hit on Izak Rankine.

Despite Houston's remorse and apology to Rankine, the Tribunal determined that he committed a "significant" breach in his duty of care towards Rankine.

What's next?

Houston will miss the remainder of the season, even if Port makes the grand final, and is reportedly keen on seeking a trade to a Victorian club this summer.

Port Adelaide star Dan Houston has been handed a five-match ban for his brutal bump on Adelaide's Izak Rankine during last weekend's Showdown .

Houston fronted the AFL Tribunal on Tuesday night, with Port arguing for a three-match ban. The club suggested Rankine's concussion was a result of his head hitting the ground following the bump from Houston, rather than the contact with Houston itself.

The five-match suspension means Houston will miss the remainder of the 2024 season, even if Port Adelaide advances all the way to the Grand Final.

The AFL argued for a penalty of five matches, with Adelaide's medical report noting that Rankine also suffered an AC joint injury to his right shoulder as a result of Houston's bump.

After apologising to Rankine ahead of his tribunal hearing, Houston issued another formal apology to the 24-year-old Adelaide star in a statement at the tribunal.

"I regret my decision to bump Izak and I'm very sorry for the injury my decision caused," he said.

"I remember the ball coming in my direction after [Adelaide player Mark] Keane's double-fisted spoil. My first thought was to get the ball myself.

"I recall seeing Rankine when I was within a meter or so of him. I don't remember making the decision to bump. It is clear from the film that I did make that decision. I never meant to hurt Izak, let alone concuss him.

"I don't believe I made any contact at all with Izak's head, neck or top of his shoulders, but I accept that my bump caused his head to hit the ground, and because of that, this is classified as high contact.

"At the time, I didn't see his head hit the ground because I was watching the ball. I don't know why I didn't tackle. In the past, this has been my first instinct. I don't know why I decided to bump because I can't remember making that decision because it all happened so quickly."

The suspension is the first of Houston's 168-game career in the AFL, a fact Port Adelaide raised to the Tribunal as a part of its case.

"I like to think that I'm a fair player. I have never been suspended before. I've been an AFL player for nine years," he said.

"I've played in many finals, but never in a grand final. Losing the opportunity to play in a grand final would be crushing to me."

While the Tribunal took Houston's prior record into consideration, Tribunal chair Jeff Gleeson KC said Houston had a duty of care not to tackle Rankine in a way that would result in an offence of rough conduct.

"Houston breached that duty of care, and his breach was significant," he said.

"The carelessness was significant, the impact was severe, and the consequences for Rankine were evident."

While Houston's ban ends his season, it could also potentially end his career at Port Adelaide, with the 27-year-old reportedly considering a trade back to his home state of Victoria.

Houston penned a five-year extension with Port in 2022, a deal which sees him locked in through the 2027 season, but he has been linked with a move to a Victorian club in recent months.

In remains unclear whether Port Adelaide would be willing to grant a trade back home for Houston, who was an All-Australian last season and is widely regarded as one of the best kicks in the competition.

Monster Hunter Wilds: all the news from Gamescom Opening Night Live

Explore a beautiful yet deadly forest.

experiment monster game

Behold the reveal of a new locale submerged in scarlet colored water, new characters pivotal to the story, and of course, ferocious new monsters, all part of our 3rd trailer for Monster Hunter Wilds. We’re excited to share this first breakdown of the details below, straight to all our hunters on PlayStation.

Watch the brand-new trailer and read on to learn more about the Forbidden Lands, the inhabitants of hunters’ base camp in the Windward Plains, as well as the mysterious monster that stirred up a storm in our previous trailer.

Step into the Scarlet Forest and stand against a new foe

experiment monster game

Together with members of the Research Commission, we step into a new locale in the Forbidden Lands and come face to face with the new large monster that calls it home. This new spider-like monster is part of the rare Temnoceran classification of monsters, which have been few and far between throughout the series.

The Scarlet Forest

Follow the river from the Windward Plains to enter the verdant Scarlet Forest, lush with tall trees and abundant water. This isn’t your ordinary forest, however. As the name suggests, the towering greenery above is offset by water colored with a deep red hue.

Lala Barina

experiment monster game

New to Monster Hunter Wilds is the Temnoceran Lala Barina, which inhabits the Scarlet Forest. Normally covered in white fur, Lala Barina can unfold its thorax at will, revealing a dazzling yet dangerous blooming rose appearance.

Massive, ever-changing environments

The vast and dynamic environments of Monster Hunter Wilds can radically change on the fly. During the harsh Fallow period, hungry predators roam the diminished land for food, resulting in more aggressive and dangerous herds of monsters.

The Fallow period is typically followed by a locale’s Inclemency: a harsh ecological event which may drastically alter the ecosystem altogether. Expect to encounter the area’s dangerous apex monster during Inclemency. In the Windward Plains, the specific Inclemency is a great rolling sandstorm with thunder known as the Sandtide.

A semblance of harmony returns to the land following the end of Inclemency with the Plenty period, where the land teems with life once again.

Expect the unexpected in the dynamic locales of Monster Hunter Wilds, where no two hunts are ever the same.

Explore and hunt in new ways

Larger and more dynamic locales mean new ways to hunt. Embark on Expeditions in Monster Hunter Wilds with multiple objectives in mind. Hunt seamlessly by targeting monsters on the field and attacking them to start a new quest. Keep in mind that some monsters cannot be set as targets during specific story progression situations.

Tasty food is a must in every Monster Hunter game, and Monster Hunter Wilds takes things to new heights by allowing you to cook anywhere, without returning to camp. Cook and eat delicious food while in the field by using a Portable BBQ Grill, increasing your strength and stats temporarily.

Keep an eye out in the field for places where you can set a Pop-up camp. A limited number of these camps can be created in fixed locations throughout the vast locales, allowing you to fast travel, manage your items and equipment, start new quests, return after fainting.

An Evolved Hunt

Monster Hunter Wilds retains the signature feel of the hunt, challenging hunters to master a wide variety of unique weapons and use everything at their disposal to achieve victory. experiment monster game

Take on the role of a Junior Researcher, who just applied and was hired by NYLIC Laboratories! NYLIC Laboratories specializes in researching the different likes and dislikes of monster girls and boys also known as "Kin". Your job is to study these individuals and provide them with anything they ask for that makes researching them easier on the both of you. Success means climbing the ladder in your career while failure means you'll be fired!

experiment monster game

Basic Gameplay

Monster XXXperiment is a management style game and there's 3 core resources you have to be aware of.

  • Researcher Level

Your researcher level dictates how many monster girls and boys you can be in charge of at one time. Every time your researcher level increases you're able to choose a new individual to be in charge of, and you get a burst of funding.

Funding is how much money you have available to you to buy what the individual is requesting. Buying what the individual wants correctly increases the amount of reputation they generate passively for you, however running out of funding can get you in trouble with the site director!

Reputation is generated passively by the individuals. Higher amounts means the research into what they like and dislike is going smoothly. After a certain amount of reputation is gained your Researcher Level will increase!

Mouse: Point and Click

Mobile: Point and Click

Lewd Content

Monster XXXperiment allows you to choose between two genders for lewd content.

The body type gender you choose not only changes the sexual content but also changes dialogue as well. The game features content for different sexual preferences, but what content you see is dependent on the monster girls and boys you choose each research level.

The game features an assortment of different monster girls and boys of many different species and subtypes so theres one out there for everyone.

Male Flare got me  good . Props to the writers for that scene! Liked all the characters, but he's my favorite so far.

Thanks for the feedback! The writer really did need some motivation!

This is a really nice game. At first I didn't know what to think of it because I wasn't used to the art style. But. It was really nice. It taught me a new game mechanic witch you don't often see in most-To any games. And it had a nice story. (Also the whole 'Strict boss named Karen thing' gave me a bruh moment) (Aka It was funny) And I quote "Bruh and they're name is Karen" (Thanks)

The game overall seems very good and fun! I had a lot of problems figuring out how to get the heart events however. There weren't enough reactions for the meals -having male Flare, he didn't say anything when given vegetarian, vegan, or pescetarian. It left me confused as to if it was good or not, so it took me a while to offer the correct food.

Was also a bit sad that the dialogue is so quickly exhausted. Maybe after getting a heart event the "talk" option could lead to new dialogue? So that the option has a better purpose than just giving you a bit of information for the beginning.

I'm excited to see more come from this game in the future! :D

Thanks so much! Yeah we've taken note of that criticism and will be fixing that next patch when we add the next set of Kin to choose from!

What food did he like

Game looks amazing so far, I can't wait to see what comes next

Looks great, mate!

Bought the game wanted to ask a few questions now that I've played it. Is Flare the only Kin you can research right now? I also noticed that Female Flare has a different diet from Male Flare and was wondering, is that intended?

Thanks for purchasing the game! Yes currently Flare Is the only Kin you can research. We've already begun work on Harpy Girl and Dragon Boy the next pair you can choose from expect them next update! That Is Indeed Intended!

Just a question: In the future, will Karen explain the Research points you need to hit to rank up? By Day 50, I was able to get ~8000 points, and then I ran out of funding. I was getting about 13 points per hour. Just data if you haven't got it yourself yet, so you can hopefully make it not too difficult to get max hearts and level up at the same time. I was really confused why my RL wasn't ranking up at 5000+ but it makes sense since you don't have anyone to add yet. Also, I love the sheer dominance Male Flare shows the Female MC, but the Female Flare was surprisingly fun, if a lot 'gentler' xD I like the idea of using 'strange insertions' like that, so I had fun with it, even if she was being gentle with it. :P

Yes once the game has most of the characters planned or at least how many Kin we plan for you to look after before you can enjoy post game content she'll explain how many you need to rank up. Thanks for the Data! We actually didn't have that yet you should join the Discord just so you can give us any more Information like that you find In future builds! For some reason there's a bug the RL Isn't ranking up currently and playing the rank up event. It's not the worst since like you said we don't have more Kin available just yet. Oh hahaha yeah we had a lot of Input on how Male Flare should act from the writers girlfriend (I hope he took notes!) and Female Flare was more so from our male view on the team haha.

Expect a lot more to come In the future In terms of 'strange' stuff to be used for fun time. A lot of different monster boys and girls to go through!

Thank you so much for playing the game!

Is Romance Level 4 the current Maximum? Can't get it higher :/

That's the current maximum for this version of the game! We have tons of plans to expand and explore more in the future so many directions the game can go so please be on the lookout!

The female MC has a pretty cute design. And Flare is pretty good as well! I'm a bit iffy on the gameplay loop, but maybe it'll be more noteworthy later? Still, a part of me thinks you could replicate it as a more traditional style, but that would kind of require a lot of rework I imagine.

Also, Karen makes me think of a stern Kalina (from Girls' Frontline), for some reason...

Thanks for the early feedback! We went with a pretty simple and barebones gameplay loop intentionally at first so we have a nice structure to build off of more in the future. There's a chance once all of the characters we plan to add get added things can get chaotic so we wanted to give ourselves a bunch of wiggle room as the game evolves!
