• নেটওয়ার্কের ধারণা

কম্পিউটার নেটওয়ার্ক মানে কি, বিষয়টা অনেক সহজেই বুঝা যেতে পারে যদি আপনি মন দিয়ে বিষয়টা বুঝার চেষ্টা করে থাকেন।

যখন একাধিক কম্পিউটার পরস্পরে কোনো তার বা বেতার (wired or wireless) মাধ্যমে সংযুক্ত (connected) হয়ে থাকে তখন সেটাকেই বলা হয় নেটওয়ার্ক।

সাধারণ দুটি কম্পিউটার পরস্পরে সংযুক্ত থাকাটাকেও নেটওয়ার্ক বলা হয় আবার হাজার লক্ষ কম্পিউটার ডিভাইস পরস্পরে সংযুক্ত থাকলে সেটাও একটি নেটওয়ার্ক।

আর এভাবেই, যখন কম্পিউটার গুলো পরস্পরে কোনো মাধ্যমে সংযুক্ত হয়ে থাকে তখন তারা নিজেদের মধ্যে যোগাযোগ (communication), ডাটার আদান প্রদান, শংসাধনের আদান প্রদান ইত্যাদি করতে পারেন।

 কম্পিউটার নেটওয়ার্ক তৈরীর জন্য সাধারণত ৬ ধরনের নেটওয়ার্ক টপোলজি ব্যবহার করা হয়।

১.বাস টপোলজি (Bus Topology)

এই পদ্ধতিতে কম্পিউটারগুলোকে অনেকটা বাসের ভেতরে সীটগুলো যেভাবে সাজানো থাকে সেভাবে সাজানো হয়। বাসের ভেতরে যেমন দুইপাশে সীট দিয়ে মাঝখানে  ফাকা রাখা হয় যাতে লোকজন এই পথে হেটে গিয়ে সিটে বসতে পারে বাস টপোলজিতেও ঠিক একই ব্যাপারটি ঘটে। এক্ষত্রে কম্পিউটারগুলো (নোডগুলো) হচ্ছে দুইপাশের সীট আর মাঝখানের ফাকা জায়গাটি হচ্ছে টপোলজির প্রধান তার। এই তারের মধ্য দিয়ে ডাটাগুলো চলাচল করে এক নোড থেকে অন্য নোডে যায়। এই প্রধান তারকে বলা হয় বাস। প্রতিটি কম্পিউটার দুইপাশ থেকে আলাদা আলাদাভাবে বাসের সাথে সংযুক্ত থাকে। বাস টপোলজিতে ডাটা আদান প্রদানের সময় যেই কম্পিউটার থেকে ডাটা পাঠানো হয় সেই কম্পিউটার থেকে নির্দিষ্ট করে দেয়া হয় ডাটাগুলো কোন কম্পিউটারে যাবে। এরপর প্রেরক কম্পিউটার মূল তার অর্থাৎ বাসে ডেটা পাঠিয়ে দেয়। যেহেতু বাসের সাথে নেটওয়ার্কের সকল কম্পিউটার যুক্ত তাই বাসে সংযুক্ত থাকা অন্য কম্পিউটারগুলো প্রেরিত ডাটা পরিক্ষা করে এবং ডাটাগুলো যে কম্পিউটারে পাঠানো হয়েছে শুধুমাত্র সেই কম্পিউটারই ডাটা গ্রহণ করে এবং অন্যরা ডাটা গ্রহণ করা থেকে বিরত থাকে। 

২.স্টার টপোলজি(Star Topology)

এই পদ্ধতিতে কম্পিউটারগুলোকে অনেকটা তারার মতো সাজিয়ে নেটওয়ার্ক গঠন করা হয়। তারার যেমন পাঁচটি কোণা এবং মাঝখানে একটি কেন্দ্র থাকে এই টপোলজিতেও নোডগুলোকে পাঁচটি কোণায় রেখে মাঝখানের কেন্দ্রে একটি হাব বা সুইচ এর মাধ্যমে নোডগুলোকে সংযুক্ত করে নেটওয়ার্ক তৈরী করা হয়। কেন্দ্রে থাকা হাব বা সুইচের মাধ্যমে নেটওয়ার্ক নিয়ন্ত্রন করা হয়। স্টার টপোলজি নেটওয়ার্কে যেহেতু প্রতিটি কম্পিউটার কেন্দ্রের সাথে যুক্ত সেহেতু ডাটা আদান প্রদানের সময় তা কেন্দ্রে থাকা হাব বা সুইচের মধ্য দিয়ে যায়। এই টপোলজি তৈরীতে টুইস্টেড পেয়ার ক্যাবল, কো-এক্সিয়াল ক্যাবল, ফাইবার অপটিক ক্যাবল ব্যবহার করা হয়। 

৩.রিং টপোলজি(Ring Topology)

এই পদ্ধতিতে নোডগুলো বৃত্তাকারভাবে পরস্পরের সাথে সংযুক্ত হয়ে নেটওয়ার্ক গঠন করে, তাই একে রিং টপোলজি বলা হয়। এতে কেন্দ্রীয়ভাবে কোন ডিভাইস বা সার্ভারের প্রয়োজন হয়না। নেটওয়ার্কে যুক্ত প্রতিটি কম্পিউটার ডেটা প্রেরণের ক্ষেত্রে সমান অধিকার পায়।

৪.ট্রি টপোলজি(Tree Topology)

ট্রি টপোলজিকে স্টার টপোলজির সম্প্রসারিত রূপ বলা যায়। এতে একাধিক কম্পিউটার কেন্দ্রীয়ভাবে একটি প্রধান হোস্ট কম্পিউটারের সাথে যুক্ত থাকে, যাকে সার্ভার বা রুট নোড বলা হয়। এতে প্রতিটি কম্পিউটার তার পরবর্তী কম্পিউটারের জন্য ইন্টার্নাল হোস্ট কম্পিউটার হিসেবে কাজ করে।

৫.মেশ টপোলজি(Mesh Topology)

আমরা জানি মেশ শব্দের অর্থ হচ্ছে জাল। নাম থেকেই বোঝা যাচ্ছে মেশ টপোলজিতে নোডসমূহকে অনেকটা জালের মতো করে সাজানো হয়। এ পদ্ধতিতে প্রতিটি কম্পিউটার একে অপরের সাথে সরাসরি যুক্ত থাকে যার ফলে নেটওয়ার্কভুক্ত কম্পিউটারগুলো একে অপরের সাথে খুব সহজে এবং দ্রুত ডাটা আদান-প্রদান করতে পারে। মেশ টপোলজিতে সংযুক্ত প্রতিটি কম্পিউটার একে অপরের সাথে P2P ( Point to Point  বা Peer to Peer) নেটওয়ার্ক তৈরী করে।

৬.হাইব্রিড টপোলজি(Hybrid Topology)

বাস, স্টার, রিং, মেশ ইত্যাদি টপোলজির সমন্বয় করে গঠন করা হয় হাইব্রিড টপোলজি। বিভিন্ন অফিসিয়াল কাজে একটিমাত্র টপোলজি দিয়ে সবকিছু করা সবসময় সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে। কেননা প্রতিটি টপোলজির ই নিজস্ব কিছু সুবিধা অসুবিধা আছে। এক্ষত্রে আমাদের একই নেটওয়ার্কে একাধিক  টপোলজির প্রয়োজন হতে পারে। আর এজন্যই একাধিক টপোলজির সমন্বয়ে গঠন করা হয় হাইব্রিড টপোলজি। 

• নেটওয়ার্কের ব্যবহার

কম্পিউটার নেটওয়ার্ক এখন খুব জরুরি একটি বিষয়। নেটওয়ার্কিং জানা থাকলে তথ্য আদান-প্রদান অনেক সহজ হয়ে যায়। তারবিহীন নেটওয়ার্ক ব্যবহারের সুবিধা নিয়ে লিখছেন দেশের খ্যাতনামা নেটওয়ার্ক বিশেষজ্ঞ এবং লেখক সুহূদ সরকার

স্থানান্তরের সুবিধা মোবাইল ব্যবহারকারীরা সহজেই এ নেটওয়ার্কের সঙ্গে যুক্ত হতে পারে। এর ফলে তাদের নেটওয়ার্কে যুক্ত করার জন্য বিশেষ ব্যবস্থা নিতে হয় না। স্বাচ্ছন্দ্যে নেটওয়ার্কে যুক্ত হওয়ার ফলে তাদের কর্মক্ষমতা বেড়ে যায়।

 সহজ ও দ্রুত ইনস্টলেশন তারবিহীন নেটওয়ার্ক সহজেই ইনস্টল করা যায়। এখানে কেবল ওয়্যারলেস নেটওয়ার্ক অ্যাডাপ্টার ইনস্টলেশন করেই আপনি কম্পিউটারগুলোর মধ্যে নেটওয়ার্ক তৈরি করে ফেলতে পারেন। এ ছাড়া একসেস পয়েন্ট কিংবা রাউটার কোনো কেন্দ্রীয় স্থানে স্থাপন করা হলেই আপনার নেটওয়ার্ক সেটআপ শেষ, ক্যাবলিংয়ের জন্য অপেক্ষা করতে হবে না।

নেটওয়ার্কের বিস্তৃতি তার দিয়ে যুক্ত করা যায় না এমন স্থানেও তারবিহীন নেটওয়ার্কের মাধ্যমে নেটওয়ার্কিংকে বিস্তৃত করা সম্ভব হয়। যেমন∏কোনো ক্যাফেতে এ রকম নেটওয়ার্ক সেটআপ করা থাকলে ক্রেতারা এসে তাদের ডিভাইস যুক্ত করতে পারে যেকোনো সময়। তারপর তারা ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহার করতে পারে।

 অধিক নমনীয়তা তারবিহীন নেটওয়ার্কের নমনীয়তা বেশি এবং একে সহজেই বিভিন্ন পরিবেশে ব্যবহার করা সম্ভব হয়।

কম মালিকানা ব্যয় তারবিহীন নেটওয়ার্কের ক্ষেত্রে প্রারম্ভিক বিনিয়োগ একটু বেশি হলেও এর অন্যান্য খরচ নেই বললেই চলে। তারবিহীন নেটওয়ার্কে ক্যাবলিং ঠিক রাখার মতো কোনো সংরক্ষণ ব্যয় নেই। নতুন কোনো স্থানে নেটওয়ার্ককে নিয়ে যাওয়ার জন্যও বাড়তি কোনো ব্যয় নেই।

 পরিবর্ধনযোগ্যতা তারবিহীন নেটওয়ার্ককে সহজেই পরিবর্ধন করতে পারেন। এ জন্য বাড়তি কম্পিউটারগুলোতে ওয়্যারলেস নেটওয়ার্ক অ্যাডাপ্টার যোগ করা কিংবা বাড়তি ওয়্যারলেস একসেস পয়েন্ট বা রাউটার যোগ করাই যথষ্টে। এ ছাড়া আপনি সহজেই ওয়্যারলেস নেটওয়ার্কের কনফিগারেশন পরিবর্তন করতে পারেন। ওয়্যারলেস নেটওয়ার্ককে তারযুক্ত নেটওয়ার্কের সঙ্গেও যুক্ত করা যায়।

• রিসোর্স শেয়ারিং  – নেটওয়ার্কের এর মাধ্যমে কম্পিউটারে কাজ করার সময় আমরা নেটওয়ার্কের যেকোন কম্পিউটারের সাথে সংযুক্ত ডিভাইসটি ব্যবহার করতে পারি। উদাহরণস্বরূপ- যদি একটি কম্পিউটারের সাথে লেজার প্রিন্টার সংযুক্ত থাকে, তাহলে নেটওয়ার্কের অন্যান্য কম্পিউটার থেকে সেই প্রিন্টারে যেকোনো বিষয়বস্তু প্রিন্ট করা যাবে।
• দ্রুত তথ্য প্রেরণ  – কম্পিউটারের নেটওয়ার্কিং দ্রুত এবং নিরাপদ পদ্ধতিতে দুটি কম্পিউটারের মধ্যে তথ্য আদান -প্রদানের অনুমতি দেয়। এটি কাজের গতি বাড়ায় এবং সময় বাঁচায়।
• নির্ভরযোগ্যতা  – নেটওয়ার্কিংয়ে, একটি ফাইলের দুই বা ততোধিক কপি বিভিন্ন কম্পিউটারে সংরক্ষণ করা যায়। যদি কোনো কম্পিউটার কোনো কারণে সমস্যা হয়, তাহলে সেই তথ্য অন্য কম্পিউটার থেকে পাওয়া যাবে। এইভাবে নেটওয়ার্কের কম্পিউটারগুলি একে অপরের জন্য ব্যাকআপের কাজও করতে পারে।

class 8 ict chapter 4 : কম্পিউটার এবং কম্পিউটারের ব্যবহার তথ্য ও প্রযুক্তির সাথে ওতপ্রোতভাবে জড়িত। কম্পিউটারের আবিস্কারই হয় মূলত মানুষের কঠিন কাজগুলোকে সহজ করার জন্য। মানুষের দৈনন্দিন অনেক কাজের মধ্যে একটি কাজ হচ্ছে হিসাব-নিকাশ করা।

তথ্য ও প্রযুক্তির বিকাশের ফলে উদ্ভাবিত হয়েছে হিসাব-নিকাশ করার আধুনিক উপায় স্প্রেডশিট। স্প্রেডশিট ‌ব্যবহারের ফলে আমরা আমাদের ব্যক্তিগত, ব্যবাসায়িক বা প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক যেকোন ছোট বড় হিসাব-নিকাশ খুবই অল্প সময়ে করতে পারি। স্প্রেডশিট যে শুধু সময় বাঁচায়, তাই নয়; বরং জটিল থেকে জটিলতম হিসেবগুলোও এর মাধ্যমে সম্পূর্ণ নির্ভুলভাবে করা সম্ভব।

আজ কোর্সটিকায় আমরা তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তির ৪র্থ অধ্যায়ের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ১০ টি প্রশ্ন আলোচনা করবো। প্রতিটি প্রশ্নের সাথে উত্তর দেয়া থাকবে, যাতে করে শিক্ষার্থীরা কোন প্রকার গাইড বই ছাড়াই নিজেকে প্রস্তুত করে নিতে পারো। পাশাপাশি সবশেষে প্রশ্ন ও উত্তরগুলো ডাউনলোড করার লিংক দেয়া হবে। এখান থেকে PDF ফাইল ডাউনলোড করে পরবর্তী সময়ে অধ্যয়নের জন্য তোমার মোবাইল বা কম্পিউটারে প্রশ্নগুলো সংরক্ষণ করে রাখতে পারো।

প্রশ্ন ১ : স্প্রেডশিট প্রোগ্রাম বলতে কী বুঝ?

উত্তর: স্প্রেডশিট হলো এক ধরনের কম্পিউটার প্রোগ্রাম । এটিকে কখনো কখনো ওয়ার্ক বুক বলা হয়। একে একটি রেজিস্টার খাতার সাথে তুলনা করা যেতে পারে। একটি রেজিস্টার খাতায় যেমন অনেকগুলো পৃষ্ঠা থাকে, তেমনি একটি ওয়ার্কবুকে অনেকগুলো ওয়ার্কশিট থাকে ।

একেটা ওয়ার্কশিটে বহু সংখ্যক সারি ও কলাম থাকে । কলামগুলোকে A, B, C… নাম দিয়ে এবং সারিগুলোকে ইংরেজি 1, 2, 3… দিয়ে এবং নির্দেশিত থাকে । ছোট ছোট ঘরগুলোকে বলা হয় সেল (Cell)। একটি ওয়ার্কশিটে অসংখ্য সেল থাকে। ওয়ার্কশিটে কোনোকিছু লিখতে হলে তা সেলে লিখতে হয়।

প্রশ্ন ২ : স্প্রেডশীট ব্যবহার করে কী কী সুবিধা পাওয়া যায়

উত্তর: স্প্রেডশীট প্রোগ্রাম ব্যবহারের ফলে যে সকল সুবিধা পাওয়া যায় নিম্নে লেখা হলো ;

• ছাত্রীদের পরীক্ষার ফলাফল প্রস্তুত করা যায় খুব সহজেই।
• কোন শিক্ষা-প্রতিষ্ঠানের আয়-ব্যায়ের হিসাব করা যায়।
• বড় বা বৃহৎ আকারের এস আর এন্টারপ্রাইজ ধরনের প্রতিষ্ঠানের ব্যবসার প্রতিদিনের লেন-দেন-এর হিসাব করা যায়।
• ডাক যোগাযোগের ঠিকানা ও ই-মেইল ঠিকানার ব্যবস্থাপনা ও সংরক্ষণ সহজে করা যায়।
• এ প্রোগ্রামে গাণিতিক ফর্মুলা ব্যবহার করে যোগ, বিয়োগ, গুণ, ভাগ ও গড় নির্ণয় করার সুবিধা অনেক বেশি।
• বিপুল পরিমাণে তথ্য ও উপাত্ত নিয়ে হিসেবের কাজ দ্রুত ও নির্ভুলভাবে করা যায়।
• স্প্রেডশীট প্রোগ্রাম ব্যবহার করে ব্যাংকের হিসাবরক্ষক প্রতিদিনের হিসাব সহজে করতে পারে।

প্রশ্ন ৩ : স্প্রেডশিট ব্যবহারের উদ্দেশ্য বা প্রয়োজনীয়তা সংক্ষেপে লেখ।

উত্তর: বিভিন্ন শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান, ব্যবসায় প্রতিষ্ঠান এমনকি নিজের সাংসারিক হিসাব-নিকাশও খাতা কলমে হিসাব করতে গেলে শুধু সময়ের অপচয় হয় না, ভুল হওয়ার সম্ভাবনাও থাকে অনেক। বড় বড় হিসাব করতে গেলে বিভিন্ন সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হতে হয়।

পক্ষান্তরে স্প্রেডশিট সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহার করে বিপুল পরিমাণ উপাত্ত নিয়ে কাজ করা যায়। স্প্রেডশিট সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে হিসাবের কাজ দ্রুত ও নির্ডুলভাবে করা যায়। এ সফটওয়্যারে সূত্র ব্যবহারের সুযোগ থাকায় হিসাবের কাজ স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়। একই সূত্র বারবার প্রয়োগ করা যায় বলে প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সময় কম লাগে।

উপাত্তের চিত্ররূপ দেওয়াও এ সফটওয়্যারে খুব সহজ। স্প্রেশিট সফটওয়্যারের মাধ্যমে ডাক যোগাযোগের ঠিকানা ও ই-মেইল ঠিকানার ব্যবস্থাপনা ওসংরক্ষণ সহজে করা যায়। এছাড়াও স্কুল ও কলেজের ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের পরীক্ষার ফলাফল প্রস্তুত ও সংরক্ষণ করতে স্প্রেডশিট প্রোগামের প্রয়োজনীয়তা অপরিসীম ।

প্রশ্ন ৪ : মাইক্রোসফট এক্সেল-২০০৭ উইন্ডো এর পরিচিতি বর্ণনা কর।

উত্তর: মাইক্রোসফট এক্সেল-২০০৭ উইন্ডোর বেশ কিছু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ রয়েছে। যেমন : টাইটেল বার, অফিস বাটন, রিবন, স্ট্যাটাস বার প্রভৃতি । নিচে এগুলো সম্পর্কে বর্ণনা করা হলো।

টাইটেল বার: এক্সেল উইন্ডোর একবারে উপরে ওয়ার্কবুকের শিরোনাম লেখা থাকে । এটাকে টাইটেল বার বলা হয়।

অফিস বাটন: এক্সেল উইন্ডোর উপরের বাম দিকে কোনার দিকে বড় গোলাকার বাটনটি হলো অফিস বাটন। এটাতে ক্লিক করে নতুন এক্সেল ওয়ার্কবুক খোলা, আগের ওয়ার্কবুক খোলা, ওয়ার্কবুক সংরক্ষণ করাসহ আরো অনেক কাজ করা যায়। . কুইক আ্যাকসেস টুলবার: অফিস বাটনের পাশেই কুইক আ্যাকসেস টুলবারের অবস্থান। সচরাচর যে বাটনগুলো বেশি ব্যবহৃত হয়, সেগুলো এখানে থাকে।

রিবন: মাইক্রোসফট এক্সেলে বিভিন্ন কমান্ডকে গুচ্ছাকারে সাজানো হয়েছে। এগুলোকে একত্রে রিবন বলা হয়। প্রত্যেকটা মেনুর আওতায় আইকনের মাধ্যমে কমান্ডগুলো সাজানো ।

সেল অবস্থান ও সেলের বিষয়বস্তু দেখানোর বার বা ফর্মুলা বার: রিবনের ঠিক নিচেই এর অবস্থান। এখানে সেলের অবস্থান বা সেল রেফারেন্‌ প্রদর্শন করা’হয়। পাশাপাশি সেলের বিষয়বস্তু বা কন্টেন্ট দেখানো হয়।

স্ট্যাটাস বার: ওয়ার্কশিটের নিচের দিকে স্ট্যাটাস বারের অবস্থান। বিভিন্ন কাজের সময় তাৎক্ষণিক অবস্থা এ বারে দেখানো হয়। এছাড়া স্ট্যাটাস বারের বাম দিকে ভিন্ন ভিন্ন পদ্ধতিতে ওয়ার্কশিট দেখার অপশন রয়েছে।

শিট ট্যাব: একটা ওয়ার্কবুকে যতগুলো ওয়ার্কশিট থাকে শিট ট্যাবে সেগুলো দেখানো হয়। বিভিন্ন শিটের মধ্যে আসা যাওয়া করার জন্য শিট ট্যাব ব্যবহার করা যায়।

প্রশ্ন ৫ : স্প্রেডশিট ও ওয়ার্কশিটের মধ্যে সম্পর্ক লেখ।

উত্তর: স্প্রেশিট হলো এক ধরনের অ্যাপ্লিকেশন কম্পিউটার প্রোগ্রাম। এটিকে কখনো কখনো ওয়ার্কবুক বলা হয়। বিভিন্ন ধরনের স্প্রেডশিট প্রোগ্রাম হলো এক্সেল, ভিসিক্যালক, অপেন অফিস ক্যালক একটি স্প্রেডশিটে অনেকগুলো ওয়ার্কশিট থাকে। অপরদিকে ওয়ার্কশিট হলো সুবিশাল পাতার যে অংশে হিসাব নিকাশের কাজ করা হয়। ওয়ার্কশিটে অনেকগুলো পৃষ্ঠা, রো ও কলাম থাকে। ওয়ার্কশিট হলো স্প্রেডশিটের অংশ। প্রয়োজন অনুসারে ওয়ার্কশিটের সংখ্যা বাড়ানো যায়।

প্রশ্ন ৬ : পরীক্ষার ফলাফল প্রস্তুতকরণ ও প্রকাশে স্প্রেডশিটের ভূমিকা আলোচনা কর।

উত্তর: কম্পিউটার প্রোগ্রাম দ্বারা যেকোনো ধরনের উপাত্ত অল্প সময়ে সম্পাদনা করা, হিসাব করা, বিশ্লেষণ করা এবং প্রতিবেদন তৈরি করা যায়। এর ফলে নানা কাজে স্প্রেডশিটের ব্যবহার জনপ্রিয় হয়ে উঠেছে।

পরীক্ষার ফলাফল সংরক্ষণ ও প্রকাশে. স্প্রেডশিট ব্যবহার অনেক সুবিধাজনক । কারণ একটি স্কুলে অনেক ছাত্রছাত্রী থাকে। এক শিক্ষাবর্ষে আবার একাধিক পরীক্ষা থাকে। এ সকল পরীক্ষার ফলাফল সংরক্ষণ ও ফলাফল প্রকাশ হাতে কলমে করা খুবই কষ্টসাধ্য । তাই এর জন্য আলাদা লোকবলের প্রয়োজন হয়।

সংরক্ষণ করাও ঝামেলা কারণ; হাতে কলমে ফলাফল করা কাগজগুলো হারিয়ে যেতে পারে, নষ্ট হয়ে যেতে পারে। কিন্তু এক্ষেত্রে যদি কম্পিউটার নির্ভর স্প্রেড়শিট প্রোগ্রাম ব্যবহার করা হয় তবে সহজেই সব জটিল হিসাব নিকাশ করে পরীক্ষার ফলাফল প্রকাশ করা যায়। স্প্রেডশিট ফাইলটি কম্পিউটারে সংরক্ষণ করা যায় এবং কম লোকবলে সমস্ত প্রক্রিয়াটি সম্পন্ন করা যায়।

প্রশ্ন ৭ : সারি, কলাম ও সেল বলতে কী বুঝ? উদাহরণসহ বর্ণনা করো।

উত্তর: সারি: স্প্রেশিট প্রোগ্রামের ওয়ার্কশিটে বাম থেকে ডানে অর্থাৎ আড়াআড়ি ঘরের সমষ্টিকে সারি বলে। সারিগুলো 1, 2, 3 ইত্যাদি ক্রমিক সংখ্যা দ্বারা চিহ্নিত থাকে।

কলাম: স্প্রেডশিট প্রোগ্রামের উপর থেকে নিচের দিকে লম্বালম্বি ঘরের সমষ্টিকে বলা হয় কলাম। কলামগুলো A, B, C ইত্যাদি ইংরেজি বর্ণ দ্বারা চিহ্নিত করা থাকে। .

সেল: রো বা সারি ও কলাম দ্বারা ছেদকৃত ঘরগুলোকে বলা হয় সেল। সেলকে সারি ও কলামের নাম দ্বারা চিহ্নিত করা হয়। যে কোনো সেল, C10 দ্বারা বোঝাবে ‘C’ কলাম ও 10 নম্বর লাইন দ্বারা ছেদ্রকৃত ঘরটি।

প্রশ্ন ৮ : মাইক্রোসফট এক্সেল কী? এর ব্যবহারিক ক্ষেত্রগুলো লেখ।

উত্তর: মাইক্রোসফট এক্সেল হলো একটি স্প্রেডশিট প্রোগ্রাম। এটি মাইক্রোসফট কোম্পানি কর্তৃক উদ্ভাবিত এক্সেল প্রোগ্রাম । এর সাহায্যে গাণিতিক হিসাব-নিকাশের কাজ সহজে করা যায়।

মাইক্রোসফট এক্সেলের ব্যবহারিক ক্ষেত্র: ১। দৈনন্দিন হিসাব সবরক্ষণ ও বিশ্লেষণ করতে পারি। ২। কোনো বড় প্রতিষ্ঠারে বার্ষিক প্রতিবেদন প্রণয়ন করতে পারি। ৩। অর্থনৈতিক বাজেট প্রণয়ন করতে পারি। ৪। ব্যাংক ব্যবস্থাপনায় যাবতীয় কাজ। ৫। শিল্প কলকারখানার উৎপাদন ব্যবস্থাপনার কাজ। ৬। আয়কর ও অন্যান্য হিসাব নিকাশ তৈরি করা। ৭। কোম্পানির কর্মচারীদের বেতন/ভাতা তৈরি। ৮। পরিসংখ্যানের কাজে ।

প্রশ্ন ৯ : সর্বপ্রথম উদ্ভাবিত স্প্রেডশিট প্রোগ্রাম ব্যবহারের সুবিধাগুলো লিখ।

উত্তর: সর্বপ্রথম উদ্ভাবিত স্প্রেডশিট সফটওয়্যার হলো ভিসিক্যালক। স্প্রেডশিট-এ যোগ বিয়োগ করা খুবই সুবিধাজনক। কারণ, এতে হিসাবের কাজ দ্রুত ও নির্ভুলভাবে করা যায়। এ সফটওয়্যারে সূত্র ব্যবহারের সুযোগ থাকায় হিসাবের কাজ স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে সম্পন্ন করা যায়। একই সূত্র বারবার প্রয়োগ করা যায় বলে প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সময় কম লাগে ।

যোগ ও বিয়োগের জন্য আলাদা সূত্র আছে। সেই সূত্র ব্যবহার করে অনেক উপাত্ত নিয়ে একবারে কাজ করা যায়। একবার সূত্র ব্যবহার করে দেবার পর উপাত্ত সংযোজন বা বিয়োজন করলে ফলাফল সয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে পরির্বতিত হয়। তাই স্প্রেডশিট -এ খুব সহজে এবং দ্রুত যোগ ও বিয়োগের কাজ করা যায়।

প্রশ্ন ১০ : স্প্রেডশিট সফটওয়ার ব্যবহারের উদ্দেশ্যগুলো কী কী?

উত্তর: বিভিন্ন শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান, ব্যবসায প্রতিষ্ঠান এমনকি নিজের সাংসারিক হিসাব-নিকাশও খাতা কলমে হিসাব করতে গেলে শুধু সময়ের অপচয় হয় না, ভুল হওয়ার সম্ভাবনাও থাকে অনেক। বড় বড় হিসাব করতে গেলে বিভিন্ন সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হতে হয়।
