What does HAAP mean? Barney Style

I got an email from branch saying I'm going to Korea and to pick a HAAP?

I am married. Does that mean I am going to South Korea unaccompanied? I don't understand what HAAP means? I looked at the definition on HRC but I still don't understand. I asked my SGM and they told me to email branch. Which I did but time will tell when I will get an answer. Can somebody break it down Barney Style for me?
