The admission process for this program will be done in two phases first is ongoing and the second phase will start later. DU offers admission to the PhD degree in a variety of fields of study such as Hindi, English, Psychology, etc .
Delhi University offers admission to Doctor of Philosophy Programmes in multiple subjects such as a PhD in Biochemistry, a PhD in Biophysics, a PhD in Commerce, and numerous more. The PhD admission process is completed by the university in two phases; the first starts in August for the students who appeared in the National Level Research entrance test such as UGC NET/NET JRF/CSIR NET/GAET and others.
In DU PhD Admission Process 2024-25 , There are two ways to get accepted into the program.
Delhi University PhD Application form will be released on 9 August 2024 for the entrance test. It offers PhD programmes in Full-time and Part-time mode and interested students are required to fill out the online forms for entrance. The application fee for the general students is Rs 750/ - and the last date to fill out the registration form will be 22 September 2024 . The basic criteria to register for the DU PhD entrance exam is that student must complete their PG degree with at least a 55% mark from an approved university.

Candidates who wish to pursue a PhD from DU have to appear in the NTA entrance test to get admission to DU University. DU PhD entrance exam 2024 last date is 22 September 2024 , NTA will conduct the Entrance test from 26 To 31 September 2024 . The test will be conducted online in CBT mode Students have to attempt the test online and must have a good internet connection.

The exact date when DU PhD results in 2024 will be declared after the Entrance exam. Eligibility criteria.
Possesses Master’s Degree from a University recognized by UGC or any other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto in such fields of study as are notified for the purpose from time to time by the University with at least 55% marks [50% marks in the case of SC, ST, OBC (Non-creamy Layer) and Differently-Abled and other categories of candidates as per the decision of UGC from time to time, or for those who had obtained their Master’s Degree prior to 19th September, 1991]excluding grace mark.
Qualifies in the entrance examination conducted by IGNOU at the National level.
IGNOU PhD Psychology Admission 2023 for the January session will begin soon. The university will tentatively release the application form for admission in the month of December 2022. Aspiring candidates can apply online on the university’s official website - ignou.ac.in.
IGNOU offers a Ph.D. program in Psychology for a minimum duration of 3 years. Admission to the course is done on the basis of an entrance exam conducted by the varsity followed by an interview.
