• अधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर आने के बाद नीचे दिए हुए लिंक पर क्लिक करना होगा |

• लिंक पर क्लिक करने के बाद   [ पंजीकरण करने के लिए यहां क्लिक करें ] बटन पर क्लिक करें |
• पंजीकरण लिंक पर क्लिक करने के बाद आपके सामने कुछ इस प्रकार का दिखेगा, जैसा कि नीचे दिखाया गया है |

• पंजीकरण करने के लिए उपर्युक्त दिशा निर्देशों को सावधानीपूर्वक पढ़कर टिक करना होगा एवं नीचे दिए Continue बटन पर क्लिक करना होगा |
• उसके बाद आपके सामने पंजीकरण फार्म खुल जाएगा जैसा की नीचे दिखाया गया है |

• पंजीकरण फॉर्म में मांगे गए सभी आवश्यक जानकारी को सावधानीपूर्वक भरें |
• सबसे पहले Select University वाले ऑप्शन में जाकर आपको अपना विश्वविद्यालय का चयन करना होगा |
• फिर अपना विश्वविद्यालय का University Reg या Enroll No दर्ज करना होगा |
• उसके बाद आपके प्रमाण पत्र पर अंकित Marksheet Number दर्ज करना होगा |
• उसके बाद अपना DOB यानी की अपना जन्मतिथि दर्ज करना होगा |
• उपर्युक्त सभी प्रक्रिया करने के बाद Get Detail बटन पर क्लिक करना होगा |

• Get Details बटन पर क्लिक करने के बाद Candidate Name Auto Populated वैद्य छात्रा का नाम प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा, यदि आपको प्रदर्शित विवरण सही लगे तो Proceed बटन पर क्लिक करें |
• यदि आपका नाम ऑटो पॉप्युलेटेड में गलत प्रदर्शित हो रहा है तो, “किसी भी विसंगति के लिए विश्वविद्यालय से संपर्क करें” |
• Proceed बटन पर क्लिक करने के बाद आपके सामने आवेदन फार्म खुलकर प्रदर्शित हो जाएगा, जैसा कि नीचे चित्र के माध्यम से दिखाया गया है |

• फॉर्म प्रदर्शित होने के बाद सर्वप्रथम आपको अपना जिला एवं प्रखंड का चयन करना होगा |
• उसके बाद अपनी आवश्यक जानकारी जैसे ( आधार पर नाम , लिंग, आधार संख्या एवं जन्मतिथि ) प्रदान करके Verify Aadhar पर क्लिक कर अपना आधार सत्यापित करें |
• उसके बाद S.M.S आधारित ओटीपी प्रमाणीकरण प्रक्रिया का उपयोग करके अपना मोबाइल नंबर सत्यापित करें |
• ठीक उसी प्रकार ई-मेल आधारित ओटीपी प्रमाणीकरण प्रक्रिया का उपयोग करके अपना ईमेल सत्यापित करें |

• उसके बाद अपना बैंक खाता विवरण ( आईएफएससी कोड, बैंक नाम एवं खाता संख्या ) दर्ज करें |
• उसके बाद अपना आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र ( जारीकर्ता , जारी वर्ष आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र संख्या एवं जारी तिथि ) का विवरण दर्ज करें |
• इन सभी प्रक्रिया का पालन करने के बाद Enter Code वाले ऑप्शन में प्रदर्शित Capcha को भरकर नीचे दिए Finalize बटन पर क्लिक करें |

मुख्यमंत्री कन्या उत्थान योजना क्या है (Snatak Scholarship)?

मुख्यमंत्री कन्या उत्थान योजना की शरुआत बिहार सरकार द्वारा बाल कन्या विवाह रोकने के लिए की गयी हैं जिससे बिहार में महिला साक्षरता में वृद्धि हो सके और इस योजना से छात्राओं को प्रोत्साहन राशी के द्वारा उच्च शिक्षा भी प्राप्त कर सके ।

इस योजना के तहत इंटर पास अविवाहित लड़कियों एवं स्नातक पास (Graduation Pass) छात्राओं को प्रोत्साहन राशी दी जाती है जिससे वो अपनी पढाई पूरी कर सके । इस  Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojna  से प्रत्येक वर्ष लगभग 1 करोड़ 60 लाख  लड़कियों को लाभ मिलेगा ।

एक परिवार में कितने लड़कियों को मिल सकता है इसका लाभ?

बिहार सरकार द्वारा इस योजना को एक परिवार के सिर्फ 2 ही लड़कियों को लाभ देगी । अगर एक परिवार में 2 से अधिक लड़कियां है तो वो परिवार सिर्फ अपने दो लड़कियों को ही इसका लाभ दिलवा सकता है ।

मुख्यमत्री कन्या उत्थान योजना कब से लागू की गयी ?

First Step – Institutions have to go with the option Institution registration, on the home page http://pmsonline.bih.nic.in/. Fill up the application as per the instructions given by the portal then click on save button. After successful Institution registration, Institution will receive sms/email for their login details. Upon Institution Registration - For Signing In the Portal will instruct the person to login with Institution Login Name/Mobile No/Email Once Logged in, Institution is required to fill the Registration form in Details and Click Save Upload the Documents (Scan Copy of originals in PDF Format, File Size:150 KB) on the website. The Institution then need to add details of courses approved from competent authorities where post matric scholarship students of BC, EBC, SC and ST students pertaining to Bihar are studying.

Second Step - Student have to go with the option Student registration , on the home page http://pmsonline.bih.nic.in/. Fill up the application as per the instructions given by the system then click on save button. After successfully student registration, student will receive sms/email for his/her login details. Upon Student Registration - For Signing In the system will instruct the applicant to login and submit his/her Student Login Name/Mobile No/Email Once Logged in, Student is required to fill the Application form in Details and Click Save Upload the Documents (Scan Copy of originals in PDF Format, File Size:150 KB) on the website.

Third Step - Student should upload the requisite documents, finalize the application and take a print out of the application by clicking on Print button for future reference.

Fourth Step - Mere applying the portal does not make the student eligible for the Scholarship payment rather a well-defined procedure as laid down by Education Department, Govt. of Bihar will be followed before releasing Post Matric scholarship to the BC, EBC, SC and ST students.

How can I apply online for scholarship? The Post Matric Scholarship Schemes of Govt. of Bihar for 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 (Within the State/Outside the State) are applied only through online portal. In order to apply online, please visit the website through URL: http://pmsonline.bih.nic.in/ and Mobile App Post matric Bihar

What is the last date for submitting applications online? For Post Matric Scholarship : In case of fresh and Renewal scholarships for the year 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 students can apply online as per Education Department Advertisement.

Till what Time Can I Upload the Documents on the website? All Students must Upload all the Documents and finalize the application before the last date as specified in advertisement of Post matric Scholarship 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 of Education Department, Govt. of Bihar.

Where can colleges (Within State) get their Login Details? All the Institutions/colleges(Within State) can also get their Login Details –Username/Password from their respective -District Education Officers (DEO).

Is there any Application ID? Yes. An Application ID will be provided to the candidate once his/her application is completed along with all the scanned documents uploaded successfully. It will be conveyed to candidates through SMS and e-mail. Student can also print copy of finalized application. Students should keep their Application details as it will be required while applying for renewal.

When Can Students apply for Renewals? The website is open for the Fresh & Renewal Scholarship applicants for the year 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 any technical queries, E-mail: [email protected] and contact Helpdesk on the Website.

What Documents to be uploaded on the Website? Only Scanned copies for all the Original Documents as required in the online application form valid for 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 should be uploaded. The List of Documents Includes

No Tampered Documents or False/Unauthorized Documents which are not legitimate should not be uploaded. If Any False/unauthorized documents are uploaded then the application will be rejected.

(Please ensure that you upload the document properly with the size limit of 150KB on the website. You will not be considered for scholarship if all the Documents are not uploaded properly. It is the responsibility of the STUDENT to submit/upload correct copies on the website.)

Can I edit the information already saved and up to what time? You can edit information filled by you until you finalize and submit the online application.

Do I need to get my Aadhaar Card to apply for Scholarship? Aadhaar Card Number is mandatory for the Students in order to fill up the application form online.

Is PANCARD mandatory for applying for the scholarship? No, PAN Card is not mandatory.

What should I do, if I do not find my institute name in the drop-down menu? If name of institution is not in the registered list of institutions of our portal then request your institution to register on our portal along with requisite documents. The institutions are provisionally allowed registration to enable students of the institution to apply for the scholarship. However only after proper physical verification of institution records and student records at institution by duly constituted committee of Govt. of Bihar the payment to the student will be released through DBT (PFMS).

How to check the status of my application? Student can check the status of Online Application by logging with his/her login details.

Can I take print-out of my application at any stage? You can take the print out of your application number of times once you submit and upload, finalize the application.

Is Bank Account is mandatory for applying for the scholarship? Yes, Bank Account in name of Student is mandatory. The bank account should be active to enable the payment through DBT.In case of Joint Bank Account holder then the Name of Student should be first beneficiary of Bank Account.

How many times an institution can register on the Portal? An institution can register only once on the portal. However institution can upload any number of courses as applicable to the students.

How many times a student can register on the Portal? A student can register only once on the portal for an academic year. The student can further renew without entering more details for next academic year onwards.

What happens if illegal practices are followed by institution or Student? In case institution or student is found providing illegal or misleading information or Tampered Documents or False/Unauthorized Documents then the application form will be rejected and legal action will be initiated against concerned persons/parties as per law.

Chief Minister Utthan Yojana has been started by the Government of Bihar to prevent child girl marriage so that female literacy can increase in Bihar and through this scheme, girl students can also get higher education through scholarships. Under this scheme, an incentive amount is given to inter-pass unmarried girls and graduate pass-girl students so that they can complete their higher studies. About 60 lahks to 1 crore girls will get benefit from this Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana every year.

• The main objective of this scheme is to prevent child marriage and to make girls aware of education.
• It aims to promote their education rate, to make girls self-reliant, to promote the contribution of women in the construction of family and society, to fix the standard of living of girls and also to give girls the right to equality in society.
• Under this scheme, girls of every family should be taken care of every necessary thing from birth to adolescence so that they can move forward in their life and play an important role in building a good society.
• This scheme by the Bihar government will give benefit only 2 girls of a family. If there are more than 2 girls in a family, then that family can get its benefit only from its two girls.
• This scheme has been implemented by the Bihar government in April 2018, in which only 1400 crore rupees will be spent per year on this scheme. At present, about 840 crores are spent every year on the education of girls in Bihar. That is, the total expenditure of Rs 2240 crore will be spent on the education of girls by the Bihar government.
• This scheme has not been made based on any caste, religion or income. Girl students of any caste and religion will get the benefit of this scheme without any discrimination. To take advantage of this scheme, it is mandatory to be a native of Bihar, otherwise, students from outside Bihar cannot take advantage of this scheme.

The Bihar government has increased its scholarship amount for girl students under the Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana. From this year, girls completing graduation will be provided Rs 50,000 while those passing intermediate (class 12) would be getting a scholarship worth Rs 25,000.

Scholarship scheme can help 1.6 crore girls

The Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana has the potential to benefit 1.6 crore girls in the state by promoting education.

The Bihar State Cabinet has given its nod for the increase in the scholarship amount allocation for graduate and inter-pass girls under this scheme from the 2021-22 fiscal year.

Fund release under Mukhyamantri Vidyarthi Protsahan Yojana

The Bihar government has also given urgent approval for the release of funds for Mukhyamantri Vidyarthi Protsahan Yojana. On February 2, the state cabinet granted the immediate release of Rs 34 crore from the Bihar Contingency Fund to pay incentives and allowances to 33,666 students from the minority communities.

A decision has also been taken by the state cabinet to give weightage to contractual employees in appointments in different departments. Moreover, contractual employees have also been allowed to provide their services until 60 years of age.

A combined counseling board scholarship is provided to the students of Bihar. Under this scholarship financial assistance is provided to students who cannot afford to finance their studies. This scholarship is offered by the combined counseling board. The application for the combined counseling board scholarship starts in October.
