So, where do you go from there? How do you actually decide on a pattern with so many options out there? “The first place I would start is by imagining a landscape, or a few landscapes, that you love. There is something so soft and romantic about a classic Chinoiserie wallpaper that we thought it may be best to start our list with one. Though you'll be hard-pressed to find cheap Chinoiserie, most of the ones you'll find out there are hand-painted on silk, making them astronomically expensive. So, when you happen to find something relatively affordable, be sure to snatch it up fast. This iteration comes in four soft shades, including a minty green (pictured), pale pink, creamy white, and a moody navy. The most common colors, however, are shades of blue and white, which harken back to ancient, traditional Chinese porcelain . This find includes three full-size panels.

We couldn't round up our favorite wallpapers and not include a trusty peel-and-stick option for those of us who like the look and feel of wallpaper, but don't have the time or the energy to install it themselves. As its name implies, peel-and-stick is quite easy to do and the instructions are in the name: Simply peel the protective backing off and stick the panel to your wall, cutting it into panels as you go. This is one of our favorite options because, from afar, it almost looks like Venetian plaster .

Welcome to "Rivington Folly", our proudly chosen Design of the Year for 2025. This design celebrates our British heritage, with an ode to Graham & Brown's Lancastrian roots. This dramatic work of art is full of ancient trees, drawing up through the landscape and enveloping the space. Pigmented in a dark tertiary hue with reddish undertones, alike to aged arboretum bricks.
